Customer Explorer

The Customer Explorer program is used to create and maintain customer accounts. There are three levels of customer data stored in Customer Explorer. The Customer Level stores information about the customer account. The Site Level stores information about the location, where service is provided, for the customer account. The Service Level stores details about the services you perform for the customer. A customer account can have multiple sites and each site can have multiple services. Each level is divided into tabs based on the fields associated with the tab category. Click on any tab below to view the Customer Explorer details for that tab.

 

Customer Explorer Customer Level

The Customer Level is divided into tabs which group information related to this customer into the title of the tab. Click on any tab below to be directed to the information associated with that customer category.

 

 

Customer Explorer Site Level

The Site Level is divided into tabs which group information related to this site into the title of the tab. Click on any tab below to be directed to the information associated with that site category. A customer account can have multiple sites.
